Yes. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. We never sell imitations or knockoffs.
Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is available at our location: 15947 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami Beach, FL 33160. Call or text (305) 343-0167 to arrange a pickup time.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard US shipping is about $5, and delivery usually takes 1-3 days. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
How do I track my order?

What is the $2,500+ price?
Every product shows two prices. The $2,500+ price is shown first and applies to orders of $2,500 or more. The smaller store price applies to regular orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax is charged on $2,500+ or wholesale orders.
How do I become a wholesale customer?

What does PRE ORDER mean?
Pre-order items are clearly labeled with a yellow PRE ORDER label, and the expected lead time is shown on each one (for example, Mykonos is 6-8 weeks). Your order ships as soon as the item arrives.
Do you show stock levels?
Yes. Stock is shown on our products, so you can see what's available before you order.
What payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. A 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling apply to refunds to the original payment method, and refunds take about 7-10 business days to post. My item arrived damaged or something is missing. What do I do?
